Nobody Tells You This Part
Motherhood isn't one struggle.
It's several. Often at once.
The exhaustion of giving until there's nothing left. The confidence that wavers at 2am with a search bar open. The mental load nobody can see, but that you still carry every single day.
These three books each take on one piece of that truth, gently, honestly, and without a single lecture about doing more. Read one. Read all three. Either way, you'll feel less alone in it.
The Motherhood Collection is Series One from Written By Two. With more series on the way.
Every book in this collection is short by design because most moms don't have time for a 300-page manual. Short enough to actually read this week.
Included with every book are printable worksheets. Yours to print and reuse, whenever you need them.

Book Three · Mental Load & Partnership
The Mother's Invisible Load
For the weight no one else can see.
You are the one who remembers what everyone needs, keeps track of every detail, and carries responsibilities no one else even sees. It is not just the tasks that exhaust you. It is the constant thinking, planning, and worrying that never stops. The Mother's Invisible Load puts words to that hidden weight and helps you understand why you feel so overwhelmed. With practical tools to clear the mental clutter, manage what feels unmanageable, and create space for yourself again, this book reminds you of something important: you are not failing. You are carrying more than anyone can see.
- Making the invisible load visible on the page
- Talking about it without triggering a fight

About Written By Two
A husband and wife duo writing the books we need.
We're Davon and Jasmin, parents, partners in life, and now partners in publishing. After 18 years of marriage and raising our two beautiful children, a 15-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter, we've learned how meaningful, demanding, and overwhelming family life can be. Written By Two began during conversations about the kinds of resources we wished were available to us. In the motherhood series, Jasmin, as a mother herself, wanted to create something women could turn to for encouragement, perspective, and practical support as they navigate new motherhood and the everyday responsibility of caring for everyone around them.
Our work is guided by two perspectives, a mother who has lived these experiences and a husband who has watched, listened, and learned how important it is to help carry the load. That is the heart of our first series from Written By Two; real thoughts, shared purpose, and resources created to help mothers feel understood, supported, and a little less alone.
